Absolute Planning Solutions was established in 2021. The company previously traded as Rinus Brits Town Planning Solutions (RBTPS) for the past 20 years. Together RBTPS and Absolute Planning Solutions team combine over 35 years of experience in the field of Land Use Management.
We pride ourselves on our pro-active, open communication and expert knowledge of Urban/Town Planning. We thoroughly guide our clients through the process and the cost involved. We uphold the Code of Conduct of our profession as set out in the Planning Professions Act 36 of 2002 and as a member of South African Association of Consulting Professional Planners (SAACCP).

Director & Town Planner
Rinus is responsible for interacting with clients, assisting them to understand how their properties can be developed, explaining the process and procedures. He oversees Township Establishment applications. With a total of 26 years’ experience in the field, he is able to provide expert opinion.

Vutivi ensures that all projects run smoothly and timely from inception to closing. She oversees Rezoning, Subdivision & Road Closure applications and provide updates on policy changes and how they may affect our clients. Vutivi also provides input in transport and or mobility feasibility studies.
