Vosloorus Ext 24, Township establishment for “Residential 2” rights for 265 free standing houses.
Northgate Ext 60 & 61, established for commercial rights to operate a Warehouses, showrooms, offices.

Rezoned from Residential 1 to Special to allow Petrol station, convenience store, place of refreshment, car wash and ATM.
